In order to be come Garda vetted, please complete the form below. Once completed, please return the forms to Cliona O’Reilly (CCC Children’s Officer) at clionatoreilly@gmail.com. The Children’s Officer will then sign the form on behalf of the club and submit to Cricket Ireland for processing.
Once Cricket Ireland process the form, they will contact you. When your vetting has been approved, please email the Children’s Officer with a copy for the club records.
