Thank you for participating in the 2026 Joe Kyne Memorial Golf Day. Please find all the details for an enjoyable day at Malahide GC.
Format
- Champagne Scramble: 4-person teams.
- 2 Stableford scores to count on every hole, with 4 scores to count on the 18th
- Playing off the WHITE tee markers.
- Full course handicaps apply. Maximum handicap for a player without an official handicap: 18 for a male golfer, 28 for a female golfer.
- All players tee off on each hole.
- The team chooses which drive to play. The ball should be marked – the player whose drive is chosen plays it as it lies, and the other team members play their shots from within 6 inches of the mark, no nearer the hole.
- From that point, each player plays their own ball and records their Stableford points for the hole.
- Note: 3 drives from each player must be counted across the Par 4s and Par 5s – these should be marked on the card. For Par 3s, each player plays their own ball.
- Closest to the Pin: 9th Hole on the 🔴 RED course,
- Longest Drive: 5th Hole on the 🔵 Blue course, must be on fairway

When your round is completed, please WhatsApp your scorecard to Fionn Hand and bring the original card back to the Cricket Club.

- Halfway BBQ – There will be a BBQ stop at the halfway stage – grab a bite before finishing your round.
- Food & Prize-Giving – Food (Wingman) and prize-giving back in Clontarf Cricket Club from 20:00. Please collect your Wingman vouchers when checking in.
- Pace of Play – Please avoid slow play at all times: your round should take 4 hours, so please move faster if you’re tracking behind this time.
