Clontarf's official photographer, Deryck Vincent, has been awarded the best photo award at the ICC Development Programme Award. The photo below, which depicts David Delany celebrating his hatrick (we of course know he went on to take two more wickets in the next two balls in the famous Under 13 All Ireland under 13), was chosen as Photo of the Year.
