Clontarf's cricketers and members are immensely proud of their Ground. We may be biased but it is the premier ground in Leinster and currently the only ground in the South of Ireland which has designated ODI status.
The ground in Castle Avenue has been hosting international and domestic cricket matches for over 50 years, hosting many of the world's test playing nations, English county sides and in 1999 hosting a World Cup Match between The West Indies and Bangladesh. It also hosted Ireland v Australia in June 2010, when over 4,000 spectators enjoyed a thrilling game.
